| Eligibility | Open to all part-time and full-time students in any post-secondary program, at any College of New Caledonia campus. Preference will be given to students with a hearing impairment. A short essay to be uploaded with application required, outlining educational and career goals, and briefly describing how you have been able to overcome barriers with a hearing impairment. |
