Open to all full-time students registered in the Industrial Mechanic (Millwright)/Machinist, Foundation-level program, at the College of New Caledonia. Preference will be given to a Prince George Activator Society client. If there are insufficient applications demonstrating financial need, award can be offered based on good academic standing.
