The Pacific Western Brewing Northern BC Student Support Fund was created to support students pursuing their education in northern BC. Kazuko Komatsu, longest-standing owner of the brewery, spearheaded the initiative and Taizan Komatsu finished developing the bursary upon Kazuko’s passing. Since 1957, PWB has prioritized investing in activities and projects that make a positive impact and contribute to the well-being of the community. The Pacific Western Brewing Student Support Fund is a legacy of PWB’s dedication to the people and development of Northern BC. |

Open to all full or part-time students registered in the Education Assistant Certificate program at any of the six College of New Caledonia campuses. Preference to students demonstrating financial need. If there are insufficient applications demonstrating financial need, THE COLLEGE may offer award based on GPA and demonstration of overall standing in all areas of the program and CNC departments. |
