Charles Butler and his wife, Frances, worked together in logging cook camps in northern BC. They owned and operated a café and catering business for many years in Fort St. James. Charles experienced the thoughtful care and dedication of nurses in rural hospitals. As a result of their compassion and commitment, he has established this award in recognition of CNC students who have chosen this noble profession. |
