Description CIM is the leading technical society of professionals associated with the Canadian mineral and materials industry, and has 11,000 members from industry, government and academia who are dedicated to the discovery, production, utilization and economics of minerals, metals and petroleum. The Canadian Institute of Mining – NCBC Branch Endowment Fund provides annual awards to qualified CNC students giving the student the means to attend college and further their educational goals related to the mining industry.

Eligibility Open to all students enrolled in the Mining Certificate program, Mining Technology Diploma program, or a mining-relevant trades program as determined by the awards selection committee. Preference will be given to students who reside in Northern BC (North of 100 Mile House, BC) as recorded in the student's current registration records.
