| Eligibility |
Two $400 bursaries open to second-year, full-time students and one $400 bursaries open to first-year, full-time students. Awards are open to students enrolled in Business Management Studies and are also open to students enrolled in University Transfer courses involving urban land economics, urban geography, architecture, commerce, or other special fields whereby the student is enrolled in one or more real-estate-related courses. All applicants must be enrolled in real-estate-related fields to be eligible. All applicants must state their personal career goals which are related to the real estate field. Preference will be given to applicants who intend to pursue career goals related to the real estate field.
