1. Visit the URL: https://tools.cnc.bc.ca/cncaccount/
  2. Enter Last name (not user ID)
  3. Enter Student ID (not SIN)
  4. Click ‘Find’
  5. Click ‘Reset Password’
  6. Verify the listed email
  7. Click Send Reset Email (Very important to click this button only once)
  8. Check your personal (non-CNC) email and click the link to choose a new password
